all right Namaste everyone uh my name is Melody and I live in Denmark but I have roots from Cambodia I just finished my uh 100h hour teacher training uh part two uh it's 100 hour because uh I completed my part one uh in baloga school which is the sister School of Himalayan yoga Association uh both schools completely lived up the expectations of what I expected to learn uh to become a yoga teacher um at Bali I learned the the basics of Ashtanga and all the teaching methodologies and I finished my journey here at the Himalayan yoga school where exactly where yoga is from um it was an amazing journey uh it was also an a cultural immersion as well to the to the Indian culture itself uh so yeah I'm very happy I decided to complete my journey here and uh ready to to enter the world of yoga teachers thank you so much thank you so much
